Teed Up Waiver

To maintain our premium 24/7 unmanned lounge environment, all members must complete the digital waiver before their first play. This safety prerequisite ensures a secure, private experience for all enthusiasts. Access codes are only activated once a signed agreement is on file.

Waiver and Release Form

In plain terms you are agreeing to waive the right to hold Teed Up Golf Lounge LLC responsible for any injuries occurred during or after using our facilities. Due to the nature of indoor golf, you are accepting the risks that can occur from being struck by a ball or club. You agree that any minors or guests brought into the facility have filled out this waiver and you will supervise them while they are on the premises. The following terms have been constructed by a legal team so you understand the risks involved and agree to use this facility responsibly and prioritize your safety and the safety of others.

I hereby acknowledge that myself and any parties brought into this facility may be seriously injured through the use of this facility. Golf balls are driven at high speeds, and golf clubs are swung at full speed, both of which reach speeds frequently exceeding 140 miles per hour; balls and tees may ricochet, and/or if you walk near someone swinging a club, you could get seriously injured. I understand that I must conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times and to refrain from using any equipment in a manner inconsistent with its’ intended purpose and design. I agree to be solely responsible for the safety and wellbeing of my guests and myself. I understand that Teed Up Golf Lounge LLC does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the facilities and equipment. Upon acknowledging that you may be injured, you agree that you are 100% at your own risk upon entering and using this facility, which means that you release Teed Up Golf Lounge LLC of any and all liability. All participants in activities on the Premises, must agree to this waiver prior to entering. This Agreement shall remain valid and effective to release and indemnify Teed Up Golf Lounge LLC (together with any of its managers, members, employees, independent and agents) from any Claims (as hereafter defined).

Terms of Service & Liability

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that golf simulation involves physical exertion and potential risk. Teed Up Golf Lounge is not liable for injuries or equipment damage resulting from improper use of simulation technology. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to book sessions. Further, you agree to our 24/7 video surveillance policy which ensures a safe, unstaffed environment for all players.

Terms of Service

Please review every clause carefully. Continued use of our facilities implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing Teed Up Golf Lounge, you agree to comply with all safety protocols and facility rules. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in immediate suspension of access.

2. 24/7 Unmanned Access: Our lounge operates without on-site staff. Members acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and security during their sessions. Emergency contact information is posted in the bay area.

3. Liability Waiver: Use of high-tech golf simulation equipment involves inherent risks, including physical strain and equipment failure. Teed Up Golf Lounge is not liable for injuries sustained due to improper club usage or incidental contact with facility boundaries.

4. Member Conduct: Respect for other members and the facility is paramount. No smoking, no large uninvited groups, and no unsupervised minors are permitted. Any damage to TrackMan sensors or projection screens will be billed directly to the responsible party.

5. Security & PIN Integrity: Access PINs are unique to the member who booked the session. Sharing your code with non-members is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the digital waiver agreement.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of fees. Unmanned access protocols rely on accurate scheduling data.
